Earlier this year, FPA Multifamily completed its final close of Apartment Opportunity Fund IX, raising $1.765 billion. Founded and led by Gregory A. Fowler, FPA Multifamily and its’ affiliated property management subsidiary, Trinity Property Consultants, oversee over 770 apartment communities.

Since closing its’ impressive $1.25 billion debut fund last year, Town Lane has added several experienced team members and begun to deploy capital. Founded by Tyler Henritze, Town Lane is one of the notable real estate investment firms recently launched by former Blackstone executives.
